Final Artist Statement #4

When creating my webventure I came across lots of issues and obstacles, not sure if it was my computer's end or Wix, but it became very difficult to make new pages and add the hidden elements. For this last project I ended up deciding to make my webventure about my pet bunny Thumper and a small mini game about feeding him the right foods. Ever since I got him about a year ago I've been having to research every little thing I feed to him since I grew up with dogs at my house and they have very different diets. A lot of the foods are surprising so I thought it could be cool to try and have people guess the right and wrong foods. I also am just absolutely obsessed with Thumper and wanted to add him to my website in some sort of way and this became the perfect opportunity. I added a home button in the bottom right corner to start over whenever needed. Also hidden in my webventure I have secret easter eggs that make you automatically win the mini game. I decided to put the easter eggs on the two pages that have the word “food” written within the text. Both the easter egg and the “you won” page have videos of Thumper. For the easter egg you get a video of him munching on lettuce and as for the final page you see a video of him licking his lips over and over after eating all that food.
